Planning Committees 201: Operating and Improving

For CA planning volunteers who want to improve on the work they do. Some experience working on CA planning, or completion of Planning Committees 101 is recommended (but not required). This workshop will focus on specific skills and strategies for CA planning volunteers.

This session will be led by community leader and SDAB member Jim Palmer. Jim Palmer has been on the board of his community association of Scenic Acres for 15 years. He is also a member of the SDAB and former chair for the SDAB in Wood Buffalo. Join us as Jim shares his knowledge about common challenges or gaps that community associations make at the SDAB.
