Partners in Planning – Form follows finance…or does it? An industry perspective into building (Elective course)

Join us for a NEW Partners in Planning course from an industry perspective on building. In collaboration with community reps and industry, we will discuss the significant factors that play into what gets built and where. During the session, you will hear how market demands have changed and how COVID has impacted the building industry. In addition, we will discuss some construction tradeoffs and responses to concerns like height, setback, onsite parking, and what that means to the sale of a house.
