City Building Phase 5: New Zoning Bylaw Education Sessions with Community Associations

The Federation hosted the City of Calgary’s City Building team for the City Building Phase 5: New Zoning Bylaw Education Session with Community Associations. These education sessions were held on April 29, 30th and May 7th.
In these education sessions, the City Building team walked the attendees through the following topics in the sessions:
- Brief overview of the City Building Program
- The changes proposed in the draft Zoning Bylaw
- Housing Zones
- Permitted Uses in the Housing Zones
- Density in the Housing Zones
- Incentives in the Housing Zones
- Parking in the Housing Zones
