Join the Federation of Calgary Communities and City of Calgary Planning staff for a special Saturday afternoon gathering celebrating International Volunteer Year 2026 and the power of planning and volunteerism together.
Connect with the people behind the work, explore City Planning & Development project displays, hear from inspiring speakers and volunteers, and enjoy an afternoon of networking, learning, and celebration.
The program will feature remarks from a City leader, recognition of community volunteers and Partners in Planning participants, a volunteer panel discussion on “Why We Keep Volunteering,” project highlights, and a tradeshow-style exhibition where participants can connect directly with City project teams and community-building initiatives.
