Whether you’re onboarding several new volunteers, rebuilding after a period of transition, or navigating a complex issue, a private workshop can help build confidence and create a shared understanding among your team.
Consulting
Would your team like an on-site workshop, delivered in your neighbourhood? Would you like that training tailored to your specific needs? Are you facing a unique situation, or just looking for hands-on support at an upcoming meeting or event? Federation staff are available for fee-for-service consulting services. Past examples include:

Bylaw reviews This may include drafting written amendments, or attending the Membership meeting to guide discussion.

Membership meeting support (AGMs or Special General Meetings)

Scrutineering AGM elections

Supporting board orientations

On-site financial literacy training; and

Other situations that might benefit from having a neutral third party there.
Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and depend on organizational need, availability, and staff capacity. A fee for service may apply.
