ActivateYYC partnered with Westmount Charter School (@wcselementary) to find a fun way to clearly mark the bus lane on the road immediately next to the school. Pickup and drop off times were becoming chaotic as parents unintentionally parked in bus lanes, and the confusion created an unsafe environment for kids coming and going to school. This new design allows for visible and dedicated space for busses to park, as well as a more vibrant and playful landscape for the school and neighbourhood to enjoy.
