City Building Program Phase 5: New Zoning Bylaw (Virtual)

The City of Calgary’s City Building Team will be joining the Federation of Calgary Communities to host a virtual education session on April 29th, 30th and May 7th. These education sessions will be on Phase 5 of City Building’s new Zoning Bylaw.

At these education sessions, the City Building team will walk the attendees through the following topics in the sessions:

1. Brief overview of the City Building Program
2. The changes proposed in the draft Zoning Bylaw
3. Housing Zones
4. Permitted Uses in the Housing Zones
5. Density in the Housing Zones
6. Incentives in the Housing Zones
7. Parking in the Housing Zones
