Next Steps
Council asked that Administration provide an interim report outlining options for changes to the Land Use Bylaw to address the remaining infill issues (height, massing, hardscaping, green landscaping, non-conforming lots, materials, and vehicle loading). This report is to be presented to the Standing Policy Committee on Planning and Urban Development (PUD) in the spring of 2019. The Federation will continue to post updates as the amendments are discussed.
