For community members interested in work related to the Macleod Trail/162 Ave. Avenue S Interchange project, there is also work taking place at the intersection at Shawville Blvd. and 162 Avenue.
The intersection at Shawville Blvd. and 162 Ave. is being widened to add another left turning lane, to reduce traffic and make the intersection better for all users. Work is also being done to improve access for pedestrians to the pathways that cross the overpass.
During April and May, driveways, sections of sidewalks, and bus stops will be closed at times.
