This form is to help you articulate your financial literacy needs and help us come up with personalized solutions and training. It is also to encourage you to ask questions and go through a thought process to identify what competencies and knowledge gaps exist within your organization (whether at board level, management level or staff member). Once completed, we will get back to you with a review to your responses and determine next best steps.
