Volunteers are often the driving force behind our organizations, and without them, we would not be able to succeed. Join us to learn how to manage the many crucial volunteers within our communities, focusing on the 3R’s of volunteer management – recruitment, recognition, and retention. We will highlight the roles of the Board and staff in the volunteer management process including screening, orientation, training, ongoing support, supervision, and evaluation.
