PIP Elective#2: Exploring Built Forms (Walking Tour)

Learn about the different built forms allowed in low density residential districts including the R-CG Land Use District. Explore their definitions, requirements for architectural elements such as porches and window placement, landscaping requirements and how they can be weaved into the urban fabric of the established areas. This course will connect the micro elements of these building forms and identify how they can blend into the context of communities.
