Tour the council chambers and prepare in comfort to speak at a public hearing. The purpose of this session is to learn and understand the process of a public hearing. What sort of applications go to a public hearing? How do you present to Council? What are the formalities/etiquette of a public hearing? We want you to feel comfortable in all aspects of public hearings from knowing how to address the mayor, how you can participate and what happens after the public hearing.
