Orientation to the Planning Process: 201

For community association planning volunteers who know the jargon but want a deeper understanding of the planning process. Knowledge of planning policies and acronyms or completion of Orientation to the Planning Process 101 is recommended. Key learnings will include the permitting process, stakeholder roles, as well as an understanding of the Subdivision and Development Appeals Board. The workshop will help to improve your community’s ability to respond to applications effectively and improve your community’s understanding of the applications and approvals process.
