Optional Add-on: Introduction to the Guidebook for Great Communities

Have you heard about the Guidebook for Great Communities formerly Developed Areas Guidebook but you are not sure what is?

From 12:00 pm-1:00 pm we will be having an optional introduction session to the Guidebook for Great Communities. The City is adopting a new Guidebook for Great Communities (GGC) which directs how communities will evolve and grow. The Guidebook is the tool (statutory policy) that sets out guidance and a common understanding of how development will contribute to a great community.

PIP participants do not need to stay for this session, but we encourage you to wait and learn about the Guidebook.

Note: This is an introductory session, there will be other opportunities to learn more about the Guidebook, please find out more by looking through our website.
