Food and Yard Waste Diversion and Your Organization: Info, Resources & Tips

With the new food & yard waste bylaw taking effect on November 1, 2017 representatives from Waste & Recycling Services will be joining us to provide an interactive workshop to help us all understand changes coming up with respect to how waste must be managed at businesses and organizations. Join us to learn about what items need to be kept out of the landfill and some resources that can help add clarity for your organization. We’ll also be doing an activity to discuss how to make the program work really well at your facility, so make sure to bring your best ideas and be prepared to share what you’ve tried so far.
