A communications plan is an important document every organization should have! Why? Because it outlines what goals your organization wants to acheive, and how you’re going to try and achieve them. It allows you to create a plan for how you communicate, rather than just playing it by ear. It also allows you to track how you’re doing and evaluate if the ways you are communicating with your community are working or not.
