A message from the City of Calgary:
As of February 1st 2017, there will be 2 changes to your circulation packages
- The Land use Occupancy change (LOC) and subdivision request for comment on application sheets will no longer include the name and contact information of the parcel owner or contact information of the applicant. These changes are in accordance with the current Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
- The application for a development permit form will be removed from the circulation package. All the information from the application form can be found on the request for comment sheet, except the comment sheet will not include the name and contact information of the parcel owner or contact information of the applicant. These changes are in accordance with the current Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
