Planning Updates and Events from the City of Calgary:
City of Calgary Website Updates The City has added a number of features to their planning and development website to make it more accessible and easier to find information. Over the next few newsletters, we’ll be sharing some of these features. From the City:
“Calgary.ca/developmentmap key feature: multiple search options. Search the map using a file number, address, community or ward. Type in whatever method you’d like, hit enter and it will take you there!”
Residential ePermit Residential ePermit is part of The City's effort to make it faster and easier for customers to apply for home permits (i.e. garages), pay for services and process all their inspections using a single online service. Save time and learn more about the process here.
Crowchild Trail Study In February and March, Calgarians are invited to attend one of several drop-in sessions to see how ideas from November are being used to develop preliminary concepts. You will be able to see what commonly-heard ideas look like when applied to the Crowchild Trail corridor, and help the project team evaluate ideas against the study’s three key principles. Event details will be on www.calgary.ca/crowchild by end of January.
17th Avenue S.E Corridor Study The City of Calgary invite you to a drop-in session for the 17 Avenue S.E. Corridor Study. Learn how the study progressed over the past year, speak with the project team, and provide your feedback on preliminary options for how the corridor might look in the next 10-30 years. Project and event details at calgary.ca/17avestudy.
